We face a simple truth: millions of Ukrainians remain displaced, many in the Nordic countries and the UK, not because they wish to be, but because returning home without shelter is impossible. Nordic Cross exists to remove that barrier by building durable, energy-efficient homes for Ukrainians to return to.

Nordic Cross Project

Nordic Cross is a 100,000 m² residential development near Kyiv designed to bring 1,600 Ukrainian families safely home from displacement in the Nordics and the UK. The project comprises three distinct building types offering flexibility in design and density while maintaining a cohesive architectural language.
